This marketing kit ("Kit") is provided by Fujian LANDI Commercial Equipment Co., Ltd. and its global affiliates ("LANDI"). By downloading, accessing, or using this Kit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in this Kit, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and design elements, are the sole and exclusive property of LANDI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the materials in this Kit solely in accordance with the terms herein and for the purpose of promoting LANDI's products and services. Any goodwill generated from your use of the Kit shall inure exclusively to the benefit of LANDI. You agree not to challenge, or assist others in challenging, LANDI's intellectual property rights or the registration or ownership thereof.
