Why should I use LANDI Connect?
LANDI Connect is the official platform for managing all of your LANDI devices at one place. It enables you to create configurations or profiles for rapid device provisioning, monitor device status and location, remotely push app updates, offer remote assistance to your merchants, and more.

It is an essential tool for keeping your device fleet running with the desired setting, minimal downtime, and reduced operational costs.
How do I get started with LANDI Connect?
The easiest way to get started is by obtaining an account on LANDI Connect Cloud. To do this, contact our Technical Support team and express your interest in setting up a partner account. Once your request is approved, you will receive an account activation email.

To fully experience the device management features, you’ll need at least one device linked to your account. If you haven’t purchased any devices yet but have access to a sample device, you may be granted access to our Demo environment, which is a safe space to explore features without affecting your future production environment.

How is LANDI Connect deployed?
LANDI Connect Cloud is available as a public, multi-tenant cloud deployment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore. A similar deployment has been planned for the AWS Europe region.

For organizations that prefer to host the platform in their own data center or AWS account, we offer the LANDI Connect Enterprise Edition. Please contact our Technical Support team for more information.
Do I need a license to use LANDI Connect? And how much does it cost?
LANDI Connect Cloud provides the essential features for free. Once you create an account, you can start using essential features such as monitoring your device status, updating firmware and apps, configuring devices through tasks or profiles, and more - all without requirement of any device licenses.

We are preparing to launch billing for geo-fencing or advanced remote support features. Once enabled, you will need a paid subscription with licenses for the devices you wish to use these features. Pricing and currency may vary by country.

What types of devices or terminal can I manage with LANDI Connect?
LANDI Connect supports all checkout, mobility, and payment devices officially listed on the LANDI Global website, including the C Series, M Series, P Series, and L Series. This primarily includes Android devices, but also extends to devices running Linux, Windows, and RTOS (Real-Time Operating System), such as soundboxes.

LANDI Connect can also support non-LANDI brand Android devices, provided a custom agent has been developed for the device model and the model is registered on the platform. LANDI offers an Android SDK to help you build your own custom agent to integrate your device brand with LANDI Connect. Please contact our Technical Support team for more details on supporting non-LANDI brand devices.

What happens to my devices if I don’t have a LANDI Connect partner account?
If you bought devices directly from LANDI, your devices are not managed by anyone, and only public apps (apps in public App Center) will appear in the App Center on your device. If you bought devices from a distributor, the distributor retains ownership and management of the devices. The apps shown on your devices are those listed in your distributor's App Center. It is highly recommended to get your own LC partner account and request your distributor to transfer the ownership to you.

How can I remotely support my merchants using LANDI Connect?
LANDI Connect provides a suite of tools to help you support your merchants effectively. Remote Control lets you view and interact with the device's screen in real time. The merchant must be present to accept the session request, unless Unattended Mode has been enabled. Remote commands allow you to perform actions such as lock/unlock, clear the screen lock password, shutdown, restart, or factory reset the device. Log retrieval and remote debugging are useful for diagnosing and resolving app-related issues. Two-way file transfer enables you to send files to or retrieve files from the device, helpful in troubleshooting and resolving specific issues.
